When do we stop being newlyweds?

Mr. Jeannie and I have been married almost 19 months. Are we still newlyweds? When does a married couple stop being newlyweds?

That depends on you. Sure, the newness kinda wears off on the day to day, but I have some older friends that have been married for almost 40 years and they still act like newlyweds.

Saint Zero and I have been married for almost 3 1/2 years and have two toddlers, yet we still feel like we’re on our honeymoon. This relationship has been a dream for both of us. He is the most wonderful person to ever come into my life. I was 32 when we met, and he was worth the wait, believe me!

It’s a wonderful feeling, isn’t it? I just pray it never ends…

…The couples couldn’t have been married more than 24 months. At that point, they weren’t considered newlyweds anymore. I discovered this by calling them when I was younger (I’m all of 28 now, and single). I spoke with one of the show’s receptionists, who advised me of this.
