When does your workplace get cleaned?

When I worked at a law firm, cleaning was at night. At my government office now, cleaning is during the day. Like the OP, I assume the difference is cost.

I work at a food processing plant. The fixtures and machines in the plant are mostly stainless steel and plastic. Production area is kept at 45deg F to boot. The production bays are cleaned at least every two days, sometimes daily. 150deg F 400PSI water flushes followed by a 12PH alkali bath for 1/2 hour liberally dosed with more water after and a final sanitizing mist. The offices and lunchroom areas are cleaned continuously on all three shifts. Lunchroom is mopped 3 times/day as are the restrooms. Shoes are captive footwear in that they are not allowed outside. Boot scrubbers from changing area into plant. Wash hands and sanitize before and after putting on gloves and smock before entering food production bays. Secondary boot scrubbers before entering certain plant areas.
