I’m in Whitehorse (It’s the capital of the Yukon Territory, and at 60.7° N ) this week for a job interview. Sunrise here today is 9:00 PST. and sunset is 16:30.
Comparatively, in my current home in northern BC (which is at 55.8° N for comparison) sunrise today is 8:34 and sunset is 16:57.

My entire schedule changes. We go out for dinner several evenings a week in the summer. It doesn’t get dark until 8pm. We go at 6:45 and are home before dark.
Winters we eat dinner at home. It’s not worth going out in the dark and cold to eat.

I’m looking at my local tv station’s weather App forecast for this week. Nearly each day the sun rises a minute later and sets a minute earlier.
