Dinner time gets earlier as the sky gets darker. So 6-7 in the winter, and 7-8 in the summer.
It’s early 5 - 6 because it seems to keep my weight down, plus the doctor thinks I have GERD and would like everything settled by the time I go yo bed. Which is also early as a holdover from y teaching days.
5-6pm. More typically 5:30 on the dot if possible. Got a youngin with an early bedtime so that’s how it’s worked out.
Typically 6:30. On a good day I’m walking in the door about 6:20-6:25 and we sit right down. Some days I’m not home until 7:00 or later, so the rest of them eat when it’s ready and I make a plate when I arrive.
