This site has custumes that are not slutty and are for larger people.
I got a Batgirl costume this year, I never buy those costumes-in-a-bag, but I figured it was a good excuse to get to beat on the million Jokers that will be out there this year. Now, the Batgirl costume is sexy, but it has always been, it isn’t some slutty-just-for-halloween variation on a classic costume. My friends and I have found the hardest problem finding things that weren’t sexy this, sexy that, I know guys like it, but it’s so generic at this point. I saw ten or so girls in the same exact Sexy Strawberry Shortcake costume last year, which just made it really boring, and everyone had more fun watching the girls all glare at each other all night. Sexy Carebear is the worst of all, you can’t even tell it’s a Carebear!
I have a friend who is built like a brickhouse, and she is going as one of those Latter Day Saints women, with the hair all done up. I bet she gets hit on more than anyone.
Basically, I agree with most people. Make your own costume. I have gone as Princess Buttercup from The Princess Bride, a shot up Mormon (yes, I know it was totally tacky after the school shootings, but whatever), a vampire with way too expensive fangs that were perfect, and a cigarette girl in the past few years. Personally, I hate being a girl at Halloween, guys have it so much cooler. My boyfriend is going as Ash from Army of Darkness, and his only problem is that he 's having problems figuring out how to carry a real chainsaw around all night . Meanwhile, I’m running 5 miles a day hoping to not look like a sausage in black vinyl.
Take the chain off. 'Course, you might have trouble getting into bars, if that’s your problem.
They’re not going to allow one that runs in anyway, because of the gasoline and smoke. Go get a toy chainsaw or party in the woods.

We are going to house parties, so no worries about not being allowed to bring the chainsaw in. I think it’s more the heaviness factor, and he refused my options of toy chainsaw and painted cardboard saw sticking out of a red shoebox. Why he is going for accuracy, I have no idea.

I would like to go as a slutty nurse, but I can’t find my size! 
A good option, IMO, for non-slutty costume would be Jedi Knight, which has so many variations, you can choose how much or how little flesh you wish to expose. My wife and I went as Jedi a few years ago and I thought we both looked really good. 
Slave Leia is supposed to look slutty. I have no beef with a costume when you’re going as something/someone that looks slutty or sexy.
Slutty piece of candy corn (yes, I’ve seen it) is just stupid.

A friend of mine with a young daughter had hoped to find a princess costume to go along with her little girl’s, but she told me all she could find was “slutty princesses”. She will instead be dressed as “the mother of a child going trick or treating”.
I’m also going to be Batgirl this year, but I made my own costume because the only one readily available in stores IS a slutty variation on a classic costume. It’s obviously based on the Batgirl costume worn by Alicia Silverstone in the 1997 movie, but although that version was somewhat sexier than what Batgirl wore in the comics and the old TV show, it didn’t have a miniskirt like the Halloween costume.
There is an alternate licensed costume based on what Batgirl wore in the 1960s TV show, but it’s not available in any of the stores around here (I’ve looked). All I’ve seen is the slutty and inauthentic vinyl miniskirt version. My homemade costume uses black stretch pants and a black turtleneck as the base, so I’ll be both warm and work appropriate this October 31.
No, I have that purple and yellow Batgirl costume, it was at a costume/vintage shop here in Houston! It’s already been worn, but I don’t care, there was no way I was going to be able to sew it myself, especially not getting it that tight without it splitting open in public. I wish it was grey, though. As for the black vinyl one, I don’t think it’s too terribly bad, but the mask is absolutely AWFUL.
Dang, I never get to the edit button fast enough. I have the black vinyl one which I got first, and found the purple one today! I couldn’t take that mask, and the vinyl one was just going to be too tight. If anyone in Houston needs a size small Miniskirted Batgirl costume, pm me! Only been tried on once!

Well, you should keep in mind that one of the things that has greatly helped change Halloween from a kids’ celebration to an adult one is that it allows gay men to dress in the most outrageous dress they could want. So I guess women are just doing the same thing.
Personally, I don’t see what dressing sexy has to do with Halloween, which is a pagan ritual to cleanse the atmosphere of the souls of evil people the evening before New Year’s Day.
just buy whatever costume, and add some leggings/ a tank top. I’ve been tall since the 4th grade, and my 8 year old me didn’t feel like looking like the slutty pumpkin

Make one up out of regular clothes. I’m going as Lydia from Breaking Bad. Business skirt suit, blue blouse, heels, and a mug of tea. Helps that I have similar hair.
Black skirt and tights, black and red top of some sort, face paint and red lipstick, a cape, and store-bought fangs? Hair pulled back if long? Non-slutty vampire
Jeans, flannel shirt, cup of Tim Hortons coffee? Canadian (one I actually saw a few years ago, no offense to actual Canadians 
)
Scrubs store to buy something for an actual nurse.
Or go as a decade. Find clothes at goodwill that look like 60s/70s/80s whatever.
Or lampoon the whole slutty-nurse/pirate/vampire/whatever and just go as a slutty person. Regular trashy clothes that are too small, bad makeup, etc. Call it a commentary on social trends in costume form 
Go as a zombie, maybe?
