How come so many of the photos are missing from the deck? i mean were talking of the 52 most important guys of the enemy and the CIA does not even have a picture of them? I am beginning to think Bush may have invaded the wrong country by mistake. That would explain a lot of things.
You can see the deck here: http://www.defenselink.mil/news/Apr2003/pipc10042003.html
I can’t believe the pictures are mostly of such low quality and many missing. i am sure you could get better photos from the Internet or, at least, from the Iraqi press. It really makes you wonder who’s in charge.
But not in GQ.
Apparently our friend, the Iraqi Minister of Information, is missing from the pack.
More fool me. I scrambled around yesterday trying to contact playing card companies but everyone else was WAAAAY ahead of me. Just like those guys who put up the ilovetheiraqiforeignminister site.
At any rate, it ain’t good to profit over the less fortunate (well, in this case I guess “less fortunate”=dead.)
I’m going to buy a pack anyway.
How come the Iraqi rulers have to be black? Ivory yellow seems more suitable.
This chess set idea has legs. Anyone know any good sculptors?
OK, just how many of these are there? Everyone’s talking about the 55 most wanted, but a deck of cards has only 54 cards (counting jokers), and sailor’s link only shows 52 people, and text on the (two) jokers. So are there people on the jokers, too? And what’s the 55th card?
George Bush insisted on putting Carrot Top in.
