where can I get Sims 2 skins and extras?

I’m not big into PC gaming, but I picked up the Sims 2 and love it. Where can I get more skins and items for the game? I know that a huge community built up around the first Sims game, so I imagine there’s already a good deal of third party stuff for this new one.

Also, how can I make my sims get really naked instead of blurred? I know there were “nude skins” for the first game.
