Where can I get "write in" presdential election results.

Lets say I run as a right in for November… the election ends and I lose… where would I be able to get a copy of the results to find out how many votes I received?

In Colorado, write-in votes are only counted for those who have filed an affadavit of intent to run as a write-in candidate. Assuming you do that here, you could get the results from the Secretary of State’s office. I’ve not heard of anyone tabulating write-ins on a national basis.

We tackled a lot of questions about write-ins in this thread. The bottom line appears to be that many states require written intent or else the write-in votes just get tossed out, and that they have implemented this policy specifically to avoid having to report every single name that shows up.
