Just find someone your size and ask how much they weigh.
Note: make sure the someone you’re asking is not female.
ETA: Serious answer. GNC and other health food/supplement stores usually have electronic scales as well. Or just walk around a local hospital. There’s always a portable digital scale parked in the hallway somewhere.
