Where could I get used 30-gal stainless steel drums?

I’m considering making a smoker out of a stainless steel drum if I can get one for a good price (< $100). Can anyone think of some industry that might have stainless steel drums they might throw away (or sell cheap) after it’s used? Since I’m using it for food preparation it can’t have stored anything nasty.

I assume that SS drums are expensive enough that they’d be reused but I can always hope. :slight_smile:

Drums are easy to find but stainless steel drums may be harder. Here is a thread on a different forum with some ideas but nothing definitive. Looks like someone revived the thread a couple months later to promote their website which sells them but they’re $150 plus shipping.
