OK, let’s think about this rationally. Nostradomus’ writings (of which I have yet to actually see) must END somewhere. I mean, otherwise, his book would be infinitiely long! So, where does he stop? If we could live to the millionth century, it seems like we’d STILL be hearing of Nostradomus!
IIRC, Nostradamus’s predictions say the End of the WOrld will come in 34XX or 35XX. They seem to say that we’ll be hit from something from space. (An “Earth-killing” asteroid will hit the planet eventually. Could be tomorrow or it could be 10,000 years from now.)
I think Cecil answered this, but you can look as well as I can.
If you want to take “end” in another sense, the last quatrain in the last century is:
Le grand empire sera par Angleterre,
Le Pempotam des ans plus de trois cens :
Grandes copies passer par mer & terre,
Les Lusitains n’en seront pas contens.
which roughly translates:
The great empire will be for England,
The all-powerful one for more than three hundred years:
Great forces to pass by sea and land,
The Lusitanians will not be satisfied thereby.
Not only that but he didn’t write a book, he wrote volumes and volumes. So what you do is just keep reading until you come to something that looks good and turn it around to fit your purpose.
