Where do men get wedding rings?

Just get a biker ring and have a jeweler put in some diamonds in the skull’s eyes.

Thanks again, all. I think I’m going to get a ring from the James Avery site.

Also, you’re not stuck with it for life. We started looking for new rings at our 10th anniversary, and didn’t rush (we’re almost up to our 11th now). We’ve found another local jeweler whose work has consistently appealed to us over time, and he will pick out the stones at a jewelry show next month. We like our old rings but wanted a change.

I got two wedding bands from this guy, James Hunt. My current ring is the Harmony Design but for my first marriage it was the Mobius Strip design, which I still think is the coolest thing possible. Unlike the image in the link, my ring is actually a split Mobius so it actually looks like two separate strips of gold that magically stick together. I’ll still sometimes wear it on my right hand just for show.

I would suggest that the first thing you do is get a ring sizing widget - they used to have sehhets of plastic pop-out rings - and make sure the size for which you are looking is correct. Before I was married I had never worn a ring. We went to the jeweler and I tried on the size-y thing and said “this seems right”. However, since I hadn’t ever worn a ring, I was off by an entire size when it came. I had to pay another chuck of money for a gold shim made to resize the ring.

Bottom line, especially if buying from the 'net - Wear your practice sizer until you know the right size for sure.
