The only porn I keep on hand (heh) is the pictures and videos I’ve shot of my wife and me. Stuff I’ve found and enjoyed online stays right there, online. No need to keep a copy of it. If I look for it again and it’s gone, there’s plenty of other stuff to fill the void.
In an innocuously-named subfolder in the “Program Files” folder on my hard drive.
My guess is the car. Maybe his GF was in “Beaver Hunt” draped over it?

I do have a flash drive as backup which I keep my porn on in case my computer dies. But that is back up (its taken me years to find the videos I really like). Flash drives are insanely large now, you can get a 64GB one for $30 if you shop around. Considering that most porn videos are only about 50MB, that would easily store a thousand. I don’t have anywhere near a thousand.

Of the porn videos online, about 90% are boring. 8-9% are decent and 1-2% are great. So when you find the 1-2% you hold onto them with your one free hand as long as possible.

I collect it because there are always those, umm, special photos. 
But after every bad binge session I trash it and then have to recall it with Data Recovery. And then it takes forever to re-sort. So I have vowed not to trash it anymore. Yeah, some issues going on there. That said, porn seems to be going up faster than you can surf it – even the more “out there” stuff. I don’t think I would be at a loss if I saved none of it.

Porn on my computer is cunningly hidden in a folder called ‘not porn’. All other porn is in my nightstand (books, magazines, etc.). Don’t wanna see it, don’t look for it.
To answer a question that’s been asked a couple of times: “Why store porn instead of just going to it online every time?”
Answer: well, one answer: sometimes there’s a great video out there and then one day it’s no longer available because of copyright or some other reason. There are a couple of vids that “do it for me” every time, but one day they just weren’t available any more.
So sometimes it’s good to save videos that you really, really, REALLY like.
I remember a vid starring Gina Lynn and Friday… I’ve looked everywhere for it, tried all kinds of searches… can’t find it anywhere. I love those two! Had the vid at one time, erased it, figuring i could get it again any time. I was wrong :mad:
Anyway, that’s one reason why one would save videos. But y’all are right, most stuff is available any time you want it. It’s just that every now and then…

But Bloop has a good point. A lot of really good stuff is ephemeral. Porn site XYZ might be modded or curated, and certain specific pics deleted.
One particular site had some nice porn based on the “Luann” comic strip. The strip’s creators must have complained, for all of those pictures were deleted. So those who downloaded and saved copies for themselves are the lucky/smart ones.
Hide it? No kids, no regular house guests, and we’ve been together almost 40 years. The hide stage passed long ago.
As someone who sometimes has to help others with their computer or lost important document troubles.
I’m a very strong advocate for clearly labeling porn folders as porn.
I once opened a folder on my fathers laptop called “Grandmother” expecting pictures of my great great grandmother…:eek:
Because I like watching again pictures I particularly enjoy without having to spend two hours searching for something equally pleasant. Not all porn is created equal.
Also, I tend to be a hoarder in general, so it applies to porn too.
To answer the OP question, I don’t hide it. It’s sitting on my computer or on some random disk.
