Where is the statue of Eben Erskine?

The puzzle-of-the-day for Saturday at JigZone features a statue of Eben Erskine. A little Googling has revealed that Eben Erskine is a character in a novel of the same name by John Galt, published in 1833.

I’m trying to discover the location of this statue. If anyone has any ideas, I’d be grateful for your assistance.

You can see a picture of the statue here:

(I’m afraid you’ll have to do the puzzle to see it.)

Thanks in advance,

I’m totally clueless, but if it’s a fictitious novel character, I’d guess it could be on the author’s tomb.
