Well, the city definitely locks 'em up. The Target by my house (SW Side) has them all locked behind a counter. I tried buying three bottles of NyQuil for a nasty cold I had and the cashier told me she had to ring me up on two separate receipts. Never knew exactly why until now.
Well, that may explain it. I bought Nyquil liquicaps. That stuff’s good enough to give me hallucinogenic dreams. It’s always interesting to sleep on.

How else are we going to protect our underpopulated urban and rural areas from infiltration unless we seed them with tweaky, halucinating, gun-toting maniacs who have nothing better to do than unquestionly shoot trespassors?
