A movie that is no longer in print? I’m looking for a copy of “On Golden Blonde” an adult satire of On golden Pond. My search of the internet is exhausted. Are there any services that specialize in out of print movies like this?
I did a quick look, but didn’t see any. That’s not to say there aren’t any out there, but I think that some “adult” materials don’t show up in your search engine results unless your profile is set up to retrieve them. That could be totally wrong, but it seems as though I heard that somewhere.
A friend from graduate school, and a self-proclaimed aficionado of the genre, said this was the best adult film ever made.
There are a couple of adult video retailers on the web. The last time I saw any porn-related links on the SDMB, they were promptly expurgated, so I’ll just suggest a search at Yahoo!
I reccomend looking in the back of Fangoria or similar mags. Many of the folks who sell old shows and bootlegs of unreleased films have adult films in stock. I haven’t been to a convention in a while, but I don’t think these folks would be on the web. Although most of what they sell is no longer available from the studio that made it or was never released to the public, studios retain legal ownership and are understandably upset with bootleggers.
