Traffic? When did they break up?
[/QUOTE]
Traffic’s last album was in 1974, so the dates work with a little exaggeration. The last time the original lineup were playing together was in 1971.
However, Chris Wood and Jim Capaldi are no longer available. ![]()

Traffic toured and made an album in 1994.
Incarnations of the Yardbirds and the Zombies are currently touring–both just passed through town this month.
What about Zeppelin with Bonham’s son playing drums?

Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green, maybe?
I saw Peter Green 3 or 4 years ago and, while he was coasting for much of the time, he did step up and play some great stuff a couple of times…
I see from Wiki that there has actually been a reunion announced by Mick Fleetwood!
Sounds a fair possibility to me…

That was going to be my guess. Is Jeremy Spencer still around?

Ah, you missed a perfectly good opportunity to say “Damn youngsters! Do they know nothing about good music??”. ![]()

They don’t give a damn about any trumpet playin’ band.
That’s not what they call rock ‘n’ roll.
Smokey Robinson is playing this year, and the Miracles split up in 1972…

What about “haven’t played for 35 years”?

Best call so far, I reckon.

That was my immediate thought.
Wow, I’m regretting not paying £3 million for a ticket now.
Didn’t the Stooges just get back together? When was the last time they played?
Can’t see any qualifiers here. The Who doesn’t match the criteria and Shirley Bassey isn’t a band.
Wow, a zombie thread resurrected twice.
The Zombies!
Apparently it was no one. The only vintage bands who played were the Who and the Stooges, both of whom have toured in recent years.
