I’m a man. I know, I should have used “Paddy” instead but the pun would have lost some impact. I just have to remember to keep checking “show signature”.
Except it’s Qadgop, with a g.
Don’t know if that changes anything about your perception of the name.
:smack:
But, no
Except that Zeriel is male!
Oops. :smack: So I was right the first time.
I’m a girl who is often mistaken for a guy. I find that a little weird, because I always associate “virgin” with females, in the classic “beautiful maiden” sense.
I guess others are associating it with the “Trekkie basement-dweller” sense.
I think I usually see “spoiler” and assume…I don’t know what. But I must confess, I could see you going either way. Wow, that sounded like a dirty come on.
I’ve been mistaken for a guy a lot myself. I always say that guys don’t have slits!
Just be glad your name isn’t reversed.
My mind keeps wanting to parse mswas as “Ms. Was.”
I expected the poster known as Scylla to be female.
I’m pretty sure Carol Stream is female, but I keep seeing others refer to her as “he” for some reason and it gets confusing.
I’m still confused about mswas.
I could have sworn I used to think it was a dude. But then I think they said it’s Ms. Was. And so I assumed it’s a girl. But now I thought I saw somewhere where they referenced themselves in the masculine sense.
So I just have no clue. Thought it was a girl, now feel it could be a man again?
Nice timing.
Oh, and I’m a guy. Doubt people would get confused, but you never know.
I’m a guy, but my WoW toon of the same name (which is where I took this name from) is a girl.
There’s Bambi Hassenpfeffer who is a guy, with a female name (so almost everyone calls him a “she”) but for some reason I always remember he is a guy.
But I think my brain confuses this fact with Shirley Ujest and Carol Stream and I think they are guys with clever names.
(are either of them male?)
mswas is a guy. The only reason I know this as sure as one can is that him and I have enjoyed conversation of hot hippie and Wiccan chicks and when I mentioned or suggested him and I find out which were better in bed but he informed me he was happily married.
I don’t get it. What is it a reference to?
For what it’s worth, Carol Stream is the name of a suburb of Chicago. Considering this, I see no reason to attribute any particular gender to the poster. If I remember correctly, in one of Carol Stream’s several pittings, he was asked to confirm his sex, and he refused. So for me, he gets the default male gender.
I think I remember that. It was…bizarre.
Yes. Exactly what I was going to say.
Except I was going to call it a willy, not a wang. Letters don’t have wangs, they have willies.
Elindil’s Heir is the only person I get regularly confused on. (And while I’d assume someone with a feminine name were female until stated otherwise (ie Kimmy_Gibbler or Carol Stream), I’d never make the opposite assumption.)
But an Heir isn’t an Heiress…
