Which movie or TV child would you adopt?

No, in the book, she could use her powers whether she was angry or not. Before the prom, for instance, she practiced by moving stuff around her room, gently so that her mom wouldn’t hear. Telekenisis doesn’t have to be a destructive power, after all.

I want Rachel’s daughter, Emma.

Her parents are so scatterbrained…for crying out loud, Rachel was going to go to Paris without her! That kid needs an intact family, not two people that have so much baggage they can’t be proper parents.

Was Samwise Gamgee a kid in the traditional sense?

I’ll also take Kyle, Ike and Cartman please. I’d take Stan, but his sister would drive me batshit.

Can we work out an arrangement?

Don’t forget that Pubert comes with them.

Can I adopt Peabody’s boy Sherman? He seems a decent, helpful sort.

Charlie and Sally Brown. I’d start by calling him by his first name for a change, I’d show favoritism to him (since Sally needs some humility), and get them both to a proper shrink (y’know, one who costs more than 7 cents). Best part about it? With Charlie Brown comes Snoopy, and how cool is that?

I’ll take George Michael off Arrested Development. A few social issues (and we’d have to get rid of Yam), but on the whole, pleasant, clean, and hard-working. And he could finally hook up with Maeby!

As I gather, you’re a young lady.

So…

how do you look in spandex?

Red spandex.

Well, I certainly have been described as… flexible.

Wanna come up to my secret laboratory, & see my etchings of 1920’s Style Death Rays?

You’re on. flirts shamelessly

Seven cents?

It was always five cents when I was a kid. When did her rates go up? I bet Charles HMO requires a bigger co-pay even though his rates have gone up.

Heh. It was 5 cents when I was a kid too, but I remember for at least one strip she raised it to seven. Maybe it was during the heavy inflation of the early '90s? She seems to have brought it back down to 5 cents though. This way, Charlie’s dad is still able to support that round-headed kid’s much needed therapy, even with his meager barber’s salary. </hijack>

I think I would like to adopt young Samantha Micelli from Who’s the Boss?.

I’m thinking that she might be kinda cute when she grows up.

What? It worked for Woody Allen, didn’t it?
Ouch! Hey, stop that! Quit throwing things!

Hermione Granger.

Yep, absolutely, no question.
