Which Operating System are you?

20 question personality quiz which matches you up to a particular OS (including Apple, OS/2, etc.).

Apparently I am “Slackware Linux.” Not bad, at least it sounds kinda cool.

Woe to those who end up as Windows ME. Note that you can see all possible results after you receive your diagnosis.

Windows XP

Not sure what to make of that.

I’m PalmOS apparently; compact and bijoux.

I am Amiga OS. Go me.

I am Apple DOS 3.1.

I am simple and primitive witha good understanding of the common man. I am a work in progress but a good start.

At least I wasn’t WinME.

I. Am. A. HAL. Nine thousand. Computer.

I’m a Red Hat Linux. My Carmen Sandiego costume is coming along well.

Sweet!

I’m OS/2 Warp

You’re plagued by feelings of abandonment and disgust for your backstabbing step-brother. Oh, what might have been.

HP-UX, still strong despite the passage of time. Though few understand me, those who do love me deeply and appreciate me.

LOVE ME, PROLES.

I seem to be a Red Hat, too. Considering I just spent 4 hours cursing and swearing like a sailor trying (in vain I might add) to get someone else’s windows machine to notice its NIC, I’m just happy it didn’t call me anything from the evil empire

Windows 2000 here.

I’m Windows XP. It’s what I use anyway, I’m happy with it, so that’s OK.
I don’t care if it’s boring or the tool of evil, I like it.

I’m OS X. That’s a Mac thing, right? I’m technical-computer-stuff-stupid. I don’t know if I’m a good thing or a bad thing. Hmm…

Pal OS.

Punctual, straightforward and very useful. Your mother wants you to do more with your life than your cousin Wince, but you’re happy with who you are.

Palm OS*. Shows just how smart I am.

What’s a ‘Assembly?’

I’m a “Debian Linux.”
I don’t know what the hell that is, but it sounds like some monster from the original Star Trek.

WinXP. I’ll be passing this around at work.

I too am HP-UX. Go me.

Hmm, Windows 95.
I look better than my older brother but my communication skills are still lacking. I start well, but often zone out.

That’s the OS I’m using now.
Although I’ve got 2 Linux boxes, Lots o’Macs, 2 Suns, NT4 and XP as well
It’s actually better than some horoscopes I’ve read, plus I have no older brother.

Whee, what fun.

There were two questions where I wasn’t happy with the choices: when changing lanes, I signal, check my blind spot, and then intimidate the other driver into making room for me, and when a coworker says something false I would either correct it or stay silent depending on context.

Depending on my answers to those two questions, I’m either HP-UX or Red Hat Linux, both of which I’ve used happily. However, I’m only RH on one of the four combinations of answers for those two questions. I think I’ve been voted HP-UX.

“You’re still strong despite the passage of time. Though few understand you, those who do love you deeply and appreciate you.”

I’ve always said I was misunderstood.
