Force powers all the way. I want the ability to die. After so many hundred years I would probably just get tired of living. Imagine being superman and being frozen in lava or concrete. Some material that you couldn’t get out of and not being able to die, but live on.
I would contract myself out as the ultimate bodyguard for heads of states and Bounty Hunter of the wanted. Make millions then just disappear and live on some mountain top.
Are we constrained by narative? That is, if we have magic, do we have to carefully avoid using it in creative ways, such as to make lots of gold? If not I think HP magic has the greatest potential. I mean, I think Dumbledore can make himself fly, super-strong, control minds etc. at will, he just doesn’t bother.
