Which Republican Candidate Would You Support For President?

Now that the list has been whittled down , I’m curious as to who would you support or tolerate.

I’m of two minds on this. While the candidate I’m fired up for is Jon Huntsman especially for his tax policy and free trade positions, he sadly is lagging in the polls and of the leading candidates I suppose I prefer Romney (slightly) over Rick Perry and especially Cain

Yeah, I’d shutter this one and start an anonymous poll. What’s with all the identifying polls lately?

To answer the OP, I’d support Huntsman; he seems to be the only sane one in the bunch, hence his dead last position in the polls.

I think it may be because a lot of moderate Republicans (probably almost all) are rallying to Romney.

I’d support Huntsman for lack of information about the fifth and sixth tier candidates. But I have no illusion that Huntsman is a pseudo-Democrat just because he doesn’t meet some Tea Party standard. He’s a Republican and would still do a bunch of stuff I strongly disagree with.

I am a registered Republican so I will actually be making this decision in about 9 months when I vote in the primary. And I have to say I am completely disappointed in the batshit crazy direction the party has gone in the past decade and how it seems to have completely gone off a cliff in the past few years.

So far the only one I kinda like is Huntsman. I may be able to tolerate Romney. But the very idea that we have serious candidates suggesting that we electrocute migrants at the border, drives me nuts. There are maybe 4 non-crazy candidates in this field and half of them are evil. Which half is an exercise left to the reader.
