Okay, so which school did Letterman attend?
He always has a different letter on his varsity sweater, which suggests that he’s hopped around a lot. On the other hand, he must have stuck around long enough to actually letter in some manner of athletic competition (probably football, based on his headgear). So is he simply an overaged student who doesn’t last very long in any given school?

Ball State, Muncie, IN. I have heard he has a scholarship there for C students.
Well, I know he went to Ball State University. There is a plaque in the communications building from him that is dedicated to “C” students and it has his face bronzed in it. I’m not sure which high school he attended.
