Which Sitting Presidents Have Visited Walt Disney World During Their Presidency?

Richard Nixon was there when he gave his “I am not a crook” address.

I believe that Ronald Reagan was there in 1982-ish. ISTR hearing my parents remark about the fact that he had been there a few weeks before as I stood in line for the Jungle Cruise. But I can’t back that up with a cite.

Any others?

Every president since 1971 has visited Walt Disney World .

If we can extend the discussion to Disneyland and Soviet premiers, I can think of at least one who didn’t get to visit.

Now that that’s out of the way, as I think about it, I’d be kind of surprised at the number of sitting presidents who didn’t visit Disney World. It just seems like the kind of thing a president would do, like kissing babies, giving state of the union addresses, wearing a stovepipe hat, vetoing bills, bombing countries and having sexual relations with interns.

I mean jeez, lots of guys win the Super Bowl every single year and they decide it’s worth a trip to Disney World… only one guy gets elected President of the United States every four years, I think he deserves a trip to Disney World too.

I want to go :frowning:

Yes, I’m male, and Disney World’s awesome
