Rerun wasn’t the same age as Raj nor was Dwayne. If you remember the last year, (the one without Mabel King), Dwayne was still in High School, Raj went to college and Rerun got a job as a page at ABC. They were friends but they were different ages
He also managed to get into Brown. Almost got tenure, too.
