Tater!!! I am so sorry. Please let me know how you’re doing. You are in my thought’s, my friend. Wish I could be right beside you to give you a big hug. Please email me soon. Tonight in my prayers one will go up for you…
Consider yourself added to my prayers.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I just got the postcard from you, thank you very much!! I do hope everything turns out fine!
You will be prayed for ernestly this week. Take care, we love you.
Candles lit and prayers and energy sent for Tatertot and for Amy and the rest of Wally’s family. Keep your feet and your faith up, Tater!
You’re on my prayer list, tatertot. It’s a real list.
Good Wishes, tatertot. Hang in there.
All this sad news…
Hang in there, spudbud. Prayers for you.
I’m sure (s)he’s just playing hide-and-seek, tt.
Hang in there, both of you.
I’m also not a religious man, but you can have all my positive karma and good vibes. Best of luck and keep us posted!
friendly bump…
Thank you everybody. I’m trying to stay positive since there is literally nothing I can do right now to make it go either way.
I’m still a little bowled over by the sad news of Wally’s death, between that and this nothing I say makes sense right now, so I’ll just try and go back to sleep.
Tate, all my prayers are with you. Wally doesn’t need them anymore.
Tracy, you are in my prayers. God bless, and please keep us informed.

You, Wally, Amy and Mrs. Wally are in my prayers tonight.
tater, what’s the status?
I’m sittin’ here in Houston tryin’ my damndest to care for you and yours. But we need to know how you are doing.
Wally’s demise is a major drag on the (or, at least, my) psyche. BUT, you cannot let that be a drag upon you and the young lives you stand to bear. It all happened before they were born.
Anyway, a silly old middle-aged guy in Texas is rootin’ for your side, dear!
I am very sad–and very worried for you.
In my brief time here, I’ve encountered a number of very friendly, extremely likeable people on this board. I’ve been further blessed to have corresponded with a half dozen of them by private e-mail. I am so thankful that you are one of them. Despite the fact that we’ve never met in person, I feel you are a friend already.
I wouldn’t wish what you are going through now on anyone, and, with all due respect to everyone else, can’t think of anyone who deserves this LESS than you. God knows you’ve been through so much as it is.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers, of course. And if there is anything I can do for you, or if you need anyone to talk to, please drop me a line.
One of my former co-workers (and one who I loved in my own way) went through something similar: her baby was misdiagnosed as having Down’s syndrome. She went through a lot, but everything was OK in the end. I’m hoping it’ll turn out the same for you. Please keep us posted as to the baby’s condition.
I hope things work out for you and the baby, Tater! Good luck.
