Who are politicians who have admitted to or have been outed as having smoked pot?

I’m trying to compile a canonical list of politicians who have either been ‘outed’ or who have admitted to smoking marijuana, along with their current feelings on the subject. I’m looking for the following information:

Name, Highest Elected Office, Location (state), whether they admitted smoking marijuana or whether they were outed as marijuana smokers by others, whether they are in favor of decriminalization or not, whether they are in favor of medical exemptions or not, and any sources that back up the claim.

Any help is appreciated!

Barack Obama (president, US) admitted to smoking pot. This is the first article I found while Googling, but there are many, plus I believe he discussed it in his autobiography.

Think I remember Mayor Bloomberg talking about his smoking days while he was running, and I also think Gov. Patterson has discussed reefer use as well…

Arnold S.----bodybuilder, actor and Gov. of Ca. also talked about smoking when he was running for office.

Al Gore admitted pot use as well.

Newt Gingrich admitted smoking pot in the 70s (I saw the clip, his response was something like “It was college in the 1970s. Of course I smoked pot.”)

A fair number of cabinet ministers in the UK, including Home Secretary Jacqui Smith and Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling. Apparently, though, the Prime Minister himself has not partaken.
