I don’t really have an NBA team that I hate though I am a hardcore Knicks fan so I guess I’d say everyone else in the Atlantic division.

727: Redskins (I know that from a division rival standpoint I should hate them more, but they’re so damn pitiful, it’s hard to work up much froth).
I used to have a ton of hate for the Packers, but the whole fan-owned thing is such an awesome concept that I’ve built up a good amount of respect for them (which will double when they smack the Scumbirds in the mouth this weekend).
The Raiders. I would be happy if their entire franchise folded and ceased to exist, preferable due to some kind of epically shameful scandal. I would dance. There are other teams I don’t like, teams I’m happy to see lose, but the Raiders are the only team that I want to just not be there anymore.

NFL - Steelers, with Cowboys a distant second. Don’t like the Jets either but that’s mainly Rex Ryan and Braylon Edwards. I know as a Colts fan, I should hate the Patriots, but I don’t. I have a fair amount of respect for them and the way they run their team (yeah, yeah, spygate, blah blah blah).
MLB - Yankees, Cubs
NBA - Miami Heat, but that’s wearing off a little. It was the decision that annoyed me and I suppose I can’t hold that over the whole team. Lakers.
NHL - Leafs. No one else is even close.

I route against Canada in all competitive endeavors, especially ice hockey. Russia Jr. Team comes back a few nights ago from being down 0-3 to Canada in the final period and wins the gold by a 5-3 margin! SIMPLY AWESOME!!!
