Legally, who am I able to have sex with? I’m an 18 year old (bisexual, for the record, though that’s irrelevant) male in the state of Virginia.
I believe the age of consent is 16 in VA, but can I legally have sex with a 16 or 17 year old?

Just curious. I don’t think my current boyfriend would like me having sex anyway. 
Note that the ageofconsent site’s chart still has homosexual sex as illegal for VA and some other states. With the Supreme Court’s recent sodomy decision, those prohibition laws are now struck down.
Since VA’s age of consent for male-female is 18 (according to that site), then it will be legal and the same age for homosexual sex.
