I don’t think he is killing the mooks. After one big fight the bad guy mentioned to the cop “he sent three of my guys to the hospital” so i started paying attention after that and he really doesn’t seem to be shooting to kill. I was hoping Barrowman was going to be Deathstroke but he’s just head conspiracy guy.
I liked the character in Smallville. Is it the same character? Heck, is it the same continuity (I doubt it, but I have to ask)?
No, totally different. I mean, it’s the same character, although the whole thing is universes subtler and darker than either Smallville or the original comic character.
Needs more Barrowman.

I like Counselor Wayne, but I like mob princess schoolteacher Hunts too. They really are just two different characters. Or close to half a dozen, if you count all the different interpretations.
