Who do you think will make triple figures

Personally here is my predictions

June Lockhart
Dick Van Dyke
Mel Brooks
William Daniels
Marion Ross
Ann Blythe
Fernando Montenegro
Paul Dooley
Robert Wagner
Robert Duvall
Michael Caine
Jamie Farr

I’m sure they all weighed over 100 lbs.

If we were betting and I wanted to put money on somebody and get great odds,

Mick Jagger

82 this year and the energy of a 30 year old.

My money’s on William Shatner.

Dick Van Dyke’s 100th birthday is in December. So he’s got a good sporting chance.

June Lockhart is even closer, June 25th = 100th.

I believe the list in the OP is by age, pity they didn’t include that.

BTW: Who is Fernando Montenegro?

He’s actively working on Spaceballs 2 isn’t he? Crazy impressive at that age!

I believe the OP meant Fernanda Montenegro.

This doesn’t seem to be about a game. Since most of the people mentioned seem to be actors, this thread would be a better fit for Cafe Society. Moving.

Triple figures of dollar income? Pretty sure they all have on at least one day in their lives.

Triple figures of ex-spouses? Probably none of them.

The triple-figure maneuver in ice-skating? Probably none, but maybe one of them was a skater as a teen.

Why yes, I don’t like titles or complete OPs that don’t make sense without knowing the context locked away unstated in the OP’s head.

The title should be changed to “make it to triple figures.” I had no clue this was about people living past 100 until I saw some of the replies.

How about “Which celebrities will live to a triple-digit age?” Now we can tell what the hell the OP is banging on about.

The three salient facts are

  1. Celebrities

  2. Age

  3. triple digits AKA >99.

Put them all in the damned title or stay home. Harrumph!!

On looking at this further, it looks like all of the OP’s other posts have been in the Celebrity Death Pool thread(s). He probably thought this thread would have been part of that one, in which context it would make much more sense.

I was going to nominate Keith Richards myself. A few years ago, I would also have nominated Ozzy Osbourne but he’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

It should have just been added to the end of the Abe Vigoda thread.

I’ll say Dick Van Dyke.

Tom Lehrer will be 97 tomorrow. He seems rather straight-laced, and I haven’t heard about any health problems. So it wouldn’t surprise me if he makes it to 100.
