I ate at one in Denver that was the only disappointment I’ve ever had at a Michelin Star. And they just got a second star. WTF?

I read on Google that Michelin only reviews 4 US cities–NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, and now Washington DC

Well, they’re wrong. We have ones in Denver, Boulder & Aspen.

They apparently do take it seriously. Note that that’s an actual Michelin star, not one of their lesser recommendations such as Bib Gourmand or Selected Restaurants.

As noted above, they also do Orlando. And also Tampa, Miami, Charleston, Atlanta, Greenville, Nashville, New Orleans, Charlotte, and that’s just in the south. If you expand it to other recommendations, not just starred restaurants, even more cities show up.

Now that they have expanded, I have eaten at several.
