We’ve already established that booing is not the same as hollering out false accusations. There’s also a significant difference in that previous expressions of dissent have at least been held until natural applause breaks. There is no precedent that I know of for actually interrupting the President while he is speaking. I am certain the Dems never did that to Bush. I shudder to think what kind of blubbering hysterics the political right would be reduced to if anyone ever did that to poor Sarah Palin in any context whatever.
I’ll admit that I last lived in Hillbilly Country four decades ago, but you give them a disservice by assuming that the residents, then or now, are nothing but GWB fellators. When I lived there there was a healthy helping of Wobblies, followers of Mother Jones, and assorted other pinkos. You may be confused because Texas is flat, as politics tends to follow the terrain. Our area was NOT flat, except perhaps to Sherpas, and they had been politicized since before the Civil War.
