Oh, thank you – I was sitting here with the name of the show on the tip of my tongue! To me, 'ol Hyacinth is 1000 times more annoying than Roseanne, and Roseanne was uber-annoying, at least to me.
As for Deb and Carrie, I can’t blame them one bit – I mean, both their husbands are schmucks at times! Wouldn’t you get exasperated?

She was mean to everyone when she came over for brunch, “You are putting the dog outside while we eat, aren’t you Martin?” “Daphne, you will make my omelette with egg whites only, won’t you?” Then, so she wouldn’t be “embarrassed” getting divorced so soon after she got married, she wanted Niles to slowly turn into a creep in front of their snobby socialite friends so she could have justification.
Granted, she was somewhat screwed over after they got married, but she was a bitch at that brunch.

I vote for Roseanne. I think Lois from Malcolm in the Middle might be worse, but there are extenuating circumstances - EVERYONE in that family is rotten to the core. She’s just one of the gang.
I don’t know her name, but the wife from Curb Your Enthusiasm is very bitchy. Poor Larry David gets into bizarre situations that are NEVER his fault, yet she always blames him and accepts to excuse. Also, his manager’s ex-wife is a big bitch, too.
