Who is the most evil person you personally know?

Ya know, I’ve found social history to be pretty non-contributory in my current practice.

“So, how long are you in for?” is much more likely to result in useful info, in terms of doing short vs. medium vs. long range health care planning.

Also, “non-drinker” is an uncommon response to that query. More uncommon than ‘corpse abuser’.

I fail to see anything close to evil there. Two consenting adults having a sexual relationship? The horror.

Pix are easy. No smell.

I have always been very good at separating work in real life. Only a few stick with me.

Didn’t someone here know that German cannibal guy?

Personally, the most evil guy I’m acquainted with is a Congolese man who freely admitted to committing multiple rapes when he was a government soldier in the 2 Congo wars - gang rapes, “corrective” rapes, raping women in front of their whole village…

Actually, his willing victim IIRC.

Aah, OK, that’s not the same.

I knew the woman and her side of the story. “Consenting” assumes facts not in evidence.

Violating the relationship between counselor and patient? Taking advantage of someone you have influence over? It’s not just doctor/psychiatrist and patient, you know.

If it’s a client who came to you for counseling, it’s a definite boundary violation. Now, if the affair started years later, it might not have been, but it’s a very fine line.

Unethical? Sure. Evil? Hardly.
