Who is the smarter, stronger, or more clever character?

I cannot continue reading this thread without asking: Quien es mas macho? Esta Ricardo Montalban.

Yeah, sorry for the hijack. Had to get the earworm outta my head.

The Flying Nun vs Gidget. The nun does have a superpower of sorts but I think Gidget has the killer instinct.

Okay, for real this time: Terminator vs. Robocop? I’m going to go with RoboCop who, as a cyborg, has more human inginuity to beat Terminator, than the Cyberdyne-based/SkyNET improved programming allows.

This’ll be a good one to debate.

I think it would depend on which Terminator model was fighting Robocop.

I think Robocop would beat the The T-800 played by Arnold Schwarzenegger from the original film.

The T-1000 liquid metal version played by Robert Patrick from T2: Judgment Day would probably give Robocop a lot harder time and there is a good chance it would be victorious,

Who’s more likely to rescue Timmy - Lassie or Flipper? Trick question - Flipper doesn’t swim in the well.

Who gets the hot girl - Raj or Fes?

And definitely June Cleaver over Carol Brady. Not only does June manage without a maid, but she also speaks fluent jive!

I’d say Dr. Steve Brule has more pizzazz than Dr. Joyce Brothers.

The T-??? from the third one seemed kind of inept (having had her fusion cells shoved in her mouth at the end), so I’m calling that one a wash, but I haven’t seen it in years. I haven’t seen Dark Fate either, so I don’t know those models either, but my money’s still on the guile of Alex Murphy.

Crafty humans will always win.

Clearly Terminator would have the edge because they lack the Achilles heel (well I guess Achilles face technically.) Namely the great big patch of exposed human face that RoboCop has.

On the other hand, June only had two kids while Carol had six to deal with.
While June could speak jive, Carol was in a Weird Al video.

I think Monk’s rivals would be Jessica Fletcher and Sean Spencer. I’m not sure which of those three would be able to solve a murder the fastest. Mrs. Fletcher is the most level headed of the three / the least likely to let emotion get in the way of crime solving, but Sean and Monk have better support.

A compilation of four short clips from an episode of the Animaniacs revival:

Or three short clips, but I can’t e to a.

Three-way battle of “wild card” characters: Jason Mendoza, Charlie Kelly, and Ernest T. Bass.

I say Ernest T. takes it. He’s just going to overwhelm the others with his energy.

Light bulb, or school bus?

Flipper has that whole-confined-to-the-water handicap, but was clearly smarter than Lassie.

The real question is Fred v his true father, Ralph Kramden. I think Fred would win. He’s got caveman muscles and stamina, where Ralph is all bluster. In smarts, they are probably equal, with equal supporting friends and family.

I thought many episodes showed the Addamssessess invulnerable to chemicals that would kill humans?

The T-1000 is pretty much unstoppable - if the writers had thought it through. It could just flow around any human (or cyborg) and smother them. Or crush them. No need for stabbystabby.

The terminator from Dark Fate was, frankly, ridiculously overpowered. It only lost when the script decided it was time

Forget Lassie, Flipper, or any other non-feline do-gooder. If you really want to get Timmy out of that well without a lot of barking or splashing, you call in the pros—Top Cat and his smooth-talking crew of alley cats. They’ll handle the rescue, dodge Officer Dibble, and still have time to scam a tuna sandwich on the way out. Cats rule! :grinning_cat_with_smiling_eyes:

Speaking of cats–who win the battle of the orange tabbies—

Heathcliff or Garfield?

In outright fight I would go with Heathcliff because Garfield seems to lazy to fight

How about Reacher vs. Spencer? Spencer’s an aging former boxer - but he can call on a half-dozen professional killers who owe him favors

Rin Tin Tin or Lassie - which would you trust to help you?

Who would you rather hang out with - Mary Richards or Rhoda Morgenstern? Laura Petrie or Sally Rogers?
