Who is this girl?

This is going to sound dumb, but I did a Google Image search of “Down syndrome”, and I kept seeing images of this one particular girl, from a wide array of websites:

There are more, but I think that’s enough to illustrate. None of the webpages using these images have any caption saying who she is or where the image was obtained, or anything at all relating to the picture; they’re just used for the sake of a picture of someone with Down syndrome. And this is just really bugging me. Does anyone know who she is? Are these just stock images of an anonymous girl, or is she a known person with a known name and identity that’s just been lost with successive reuses of her pictures?

Nevermind. I’m tired and forgot to try TinEye Reverse Image Search. They’re stock images. I would delete this thread but if it’s possible to do that I don’t know how. ><
