who killed [JonBenét Ramsey]?

Who murdered JonBennet Ramsy?
Her parents?
One of her parents?
Two suspects one of whom is serving a life sentence?

If you Google it under this spelling-“JonBenét Ramsey”-I bet you can get all sorts of information on the case.

Santa Claus killed her. It’s ridiculously obvious.

Wasn’t me!

The wiki is pretty complete. Unless you have new info there’s not much to discuss beyond it still being an unknown. In the end nothing physically tied the parents to the murder, but their behavior after the body was discovered was pretty bizarre measured against how a family with a murdered child might normally react.

It’s gonna be either Sansa or Reek. I mean, Theon.

Nicole Wallace killed her.

…“bizarre” is a relative term. I don’t think they did anything bizarre at all: and your cite demonstrates this.

Isn’t that kind of an oxymoron–there’s no real normal when it comes to responding to the murder of a child.

The authorities bungled the investigation, so it’s difficult to judge this by normal standards. The parents behavior may have been bizarre, or normal for the situation, and seemingly further twisted by the bizarre behavior of the investigators.

Given that this can’t be viewed under a normal lens I am convinced that Santa Claus was the killer. Well, not convinced really, just that there’s nothing conclusive to go on, and in the entirety of the bizarre circumstances Santa Claus makes sense as the perpetrator. He was a family insider, the little girl would have done anything he asked her to without making a fuss, and there’s that mysterious story he wrote about a kidnapping. He may have been in that house at times the Ramsey’s didn’t know about, or even when invited he may have been able to snoop around and pick up some private information that turned up in the ransom note. The authorities said he wasn’t physically capable of committing the crime, but I find that a difficult conclusion to come to, and perhaps it was strenuous for him leading to his death a short time later. And then on top of that it makes a cool story to have Santa Claus kill the little girl on Christmas Eve.

So in conclusion, since there’s no way to prove anyone else did it, OJ wasn’t anywhere in the areas, and because it makes it all a better story, I say Santa was the killer.

Maybe, but don’t be scared in 2015.

“Christmas Is Not Coming This Year”

Do you mean Nicole Simpson (murdered wife of O.J.)? Nicole Wallace is Bobby Goren’s nemesis in *L&O:Criminal Intent. *

We’ll never know for sure who killed Jon Benet Ramsey, but in my opinion, her parents had *something *to do with it.

Ida Know!

Yep. There were just too many remarkable things about it for the parents to not be involved. Her father discovering the body, after searching the house. To me, that is too similar to Poe’s “Tell-Tale Heart”. The co-incidental ransom demand for the amount of his bonus, etc…it’s been hashed out ad nauseum, but, it all says that the parents were more involved than they have admitted.
The later ‘clearing’ of her parents by the DA just says that the Denver PD screwed the pooch, and all parties involved are trying to get out from under the case.

I was outta’ town. Swear to God!!!

My theory was that mom & dad were using her as some sort of sex toy until she became aware enough to object.

I do not know who murdered her but I do agree the parents acted very suspicious by lawyering up immediately. That is just not normal… I don’t care if it was their “right” to do so… it is not normal for innocent people to do that. The police completely screwed this one up from the get-go.

I am the grandson of a prosecutor, the husband of a (former) defense lawyer, the son of a judge, and the nephew and cousin of a whole bunch of of police officers.

If (God forbid, and I don’t even like thinking about this) my daughter were killed, and the police wanted to talk to me, the absolute first thing I would do would be to get a good criminal lawyer. And every single one of my relatives would agree that it would be insane *not *to get a lawyer.

The parents are *always *the first suspects.

No idea. Why would you think anyone HERE would know?

Of course they are, but if my daughter was murdered (and I did not do it) I would be begging the police to do whatever they need to do to eliminate me as a suspect. With my rights in mind, I would be cooperative. I still believe the police want to find the REAL criminals and are not looking to just railroad the first person who comes along.
