Movies have a rating from 1 to 4 stars in the program descriptions in the channel guide (if your cable TV has that channel that just endless scrolls the schedule, or a TiVo, or a satellite dish—or, for most cable companies, you an even look them up online.)
Who assigns those ratings? Is it some kind of average? From the Index of Reputable Movie Reviewers? Or is the one All-Powerful Worldwide Movie Rating Guy? Are the ratings the same on every single channel guide there is? Are the provided by the cable channels themselves?
