I really do think the Bond franchise is played out. Bond was a product of the Cold War, & that’s all over. There’s no place in the world for Bond.
So, my answer to “Who should be the next Bond?” is…nobody.
I think the next Bond film should be a musical.

Hmmmm…supposedly Orlando Bloom has been signed to play a young James Bond in an upcoming film (other stories today are confirming this Monday report). If Bond is stripped of his wordly nature, I’m not sure where that leaves him. Eh, whatever. I’ve never seen a Bond movie in a theater, I guess that doesn’t make me much of a fan.
