I do. The eye doc said I had dry eyes, so I started using regular wetting drops. When he found I was using them in excess of six or seven times a day, he prescribed Xiidra, which is a medication that stimulates tear production. It was overly expensive at first, but now the price has come way down.
It works, all right. After I take the morning drop, tears roll down my cheeks until about noon. I have to keep kleenex handy in my hand or in my sleeve (like Sheldon’s meemaw) to blot away the tears. Folks probably think I’m crying all the time.
