Who was Richie's C's girlfriend.

I caught the tail end of an episode of Happy Days this morn on TV Land. Apparently Arnold’s burned down and Al was leaving town, and the Cs were hosting a going-away party for him (until Fonzie showed up with enough money to rebuild Arnold’s–he’s such the classic American hero :rolleyes: )

There was a woman whom I think might have been Richie’s girlfriend. She was sitting on the couch beside Richie, smiling pleasantly at him, not saying a word (the way girlfriends in the 50’s were supposed to behave).

She was tall and thin with short dark hair. She didn’t say anything and no one addressed her in the few minutes I saw, so I don’t know the character’s name. I believe she appeared in a number of the later episodes. I remember having a boyhood crush on her when the show originally aired.

Does anyone remember the charcater or the actress’s name?

That one I knew. Fortunately (or unfortunately), my brain tends to be a sponge for useless trivia.

The character’s name was Lori(sp?) Beth. They were eventually married, but that wasn’t until Ron Howard had left the show. His character joined the Army, and they were married via telephone.

Note that she had a bit part as a tourist from Orlando at the beginning of Pretty Woman.
