Outside of the bible, I have a difficult time finding out information on the Philistines and their religious practices–I know they served a fertility god called Dagon and they were the ones who stole the Ark of the Covenent, but beyond this (and whether all that is truly historical) there seems to be a lack of information on this fascinating people. Anyone a philistine major? lol.
