As a matter of policy, we don’t delete posts or threads except in exceptional cases (or for spamming or trolling - which will get you banned).
I don’t see anything in your eight posts that would give any reason for deletion.

Nobody will hold your past against you, unless you’re an unrepentant ass about some grave error, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here (everyone reading this thread will, like me, have searched your posting history).

Curious, what is it about your posts that you don’t like? Seems like pretty standard posting to me.
Um…possibly, and I’m just guessing here, that they may have an account elsewhere under the same name that has less flattering posts and doesn’t want them potentially associated?
I’m curious for the same reason. There have been posters who I wish I could brain-bleach from my memory but this isn’t a very bad collection or horribly revealing in some way.

Misread the title as “Why would I ask about this?” at first. How oddly appropriate, considering that’s what everyone is asking you.
I suspect the “fresh start” the AOP is talking about isn’t at the SDMB, but on the internet in general. IOW, he/she has decided to cover his/her tracks & become invisible.
