I bought some whole fish the other day, they are called Jersey blue fish. I don’t often cook fish, and I’m not sure what to do with them. I am thinking about cooking them in my rotisserie in the basket. Any suggestions, experience, ideas?
I’ve done salmon steaks and filets in my rotisserie and they came out OK. Nothing special that oven roasting couldn’t do, IIRC.
You’ll want to fold up some foil to cover the edges of the basket if the fish is anywhere near the edge or it will burn from being to close to the heat.
