Turns out if you click outside the area where you type your post, the submit button gets highlighted. Hence the OP

Ah. So, you typed up a post, previewed, had a nerve spasm and did a mouse click, and then pressed enter.

I started typing the post. at ‘the’ I lost interest, and resolved to not post. Then I got curious, I clicked in the little area that tells you what the tags do, to see if I could edit it. I pressed enter, whala (sp?) my post posted.
Well, there ya go. Curiosity can lead to “whoops”.

- If you cut and paste your post while it’s being processing (after hitting the submit button) you end up with a double post.
