If it sounds like “million,” it’s “million.” Lyrics are meant to be heard, not read.

One says that he read a book about cosmology. I really can't believe that he would make such a silly mistake as to sing "million" instead of "billion." I can't believe that no one in eight years would correct them and ask them to re-record the song. It's very difficult to hear what they sing, but I suspect that it's "billion."It is obvious we can never be friends.
The creator and the writers…if they can be called that.
Yeah. Count me in as disappointed with where they took this show. It’s like they wanted to have some character development and depth, but the network said “it’s a prime time sitcom, don’t change it” like the last decade and a half of TV never happened. Now we’re in some weird limbo where the characters just stay assholes despite a lot of changes in their lives that provided the opportunity for growth and mutual understanding. They merged Seinfeld with Friends and ended up with something not as good as either, despite its initial promise.
I still watch it, so I guess the networks were right. Doesn’t keep me from being disappointed.
The worst person in the regular character set is Amy. “Jerk” doesn’t do it.As well as being so repulsively needy she is entirely selfish. Towards Sheldon, she just wants to possess him. She is always trying to force him to do things he doesn’t want to by whining “you’re my boyfriend”, and has tricked him into physical contacts where Sheldon didn’t understand the sexual significance. Having forced her way into Penny and Bernadette’s friendship, she tries to turn them against each other. Although she calls Penny her “bestie” and expects her sympathy and help over Sheldon, when Penny was at a crisis in her acting career (filming Serial Apist 2) Amy lied to avoid listening to Penny’s troubles.
Sheldon is often obnoxious but basically an innocent. Raj is monumentally irritating and would be intolerable IRL, but not malicious.
Leonard, neurotic nerd though he is, is the most nearly normal of the guys, so I tend to identify with him. So it’s disappoi9nting when he’s a jerk, especially towards Penny. When Priya asked him to stop seeing Penny, that was quite reasonable from her point of view. What Leonard knew and Priya didn’t was that L&P had been friends for a long time before their first affair, and had agreed to go back to being just friends. Largely due to Leonard, the gang that met at S&L’s apartment was pretty well all of Penny’s friends. L could have explained this to Priya, but instead he agreed to stop seeing Penny, didn’t, and then asked Penny to move out. That was despicable.
At the end of Season 8 Leonard “confessed” to Penny that he kissed a girl during his scientific voyage between S6 and S7. That he did it was unfortunate but not very significant, and he could have dealt with it in 2 ways. One would be to tell Penny soon after he returned, choosing a time when the mood was right and they could have laughed it off. The other would be to keep it to himself and forget about it. What Penny didn’t know wouldn’t hurt her. Instead he told her on their way to get married; not because she needed to know, but just because it was bothering him, to relieve his own mental discomfort at the expense of Penny’s peace of mind. Jerk.
I don’t think it’s that unusual for a couple moving towards marriage to feel an urgency about making sure they have been completely forthcoming about their pasts. The way Leonard and Penny suddenly switched gears from a long slow engagement to running off to Vegas was bound to press some anxiety buttons in Leonard.
Yes, he should have told her soon after his return. But I’ve come to see how not telling her might suddenly feel wrong as they ran toward the altar.
