Her soft, lilting voice sounds tropical, possibly Brazilian, and similar to that of the daughter of Antonio Carlos Jobim, but I’m not sure. Is her name Bebel?

I think I just saw (or rather heard) this commercial. I had my back turned to the TV but I think it was the Burger King commercial you’re referring to. If it is, the singer is Sonique (prolly not a real name) and I would guess the song name is “Fly So High”.
