  1. Poster lists 10 celebrities using the same criteria as the SDMB Death Pool
  2. Poster gets one point for each celebrity who, between Jan 1 and March 30, 2018:

-Is accused of sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, or sexual crime that results in any of the following:
A Firing, resignation or suspension from their job
B Selling or stepping down from their business
C Arrest (conviction not necessary)
D Lawsuit won
E Mass boycott of business partnership by trade partners
F Cancellation of acting part or other entertainment contract
G Any other censure that represents a significant repudiation of celebrities previous behavior

  1. Accusers are disqualified and celebrities may not nominate themselves.
  2. All celebrities nominated are assumed innocent until either convicted, sued successfully or public confession made.
  3. Celebrities already censured as above are not qualified
  4. First prize is . . . NOTHING. And I have the right to change the rules for any reason at any time, so fuck off.
  5. Deadline for nominations is 1159pm 12/31/17 EST. Lists can NOT be changed after that!
  6. You can pick 10 as long as no two lists are identical

Well, he hasn’t been kicked off any movie sets or blackballed YET. Making it tougher, he’s really old so I don’t know how many movie roles he’s getting.

Oh and Im adding another rule: if a poster who happens to be a celebrity qualifies, they are disqualified from the game if discovered!

He hasn’t had a “fall from grace” event yet that I know of. Accusations yes, but not fired from his current projects, not sued or taken to court, or any level of disaster that compares to Weinstein et al.

The difference is that death is guaranteed for every living person no matter what, unlike sexual harassment. And, unlike sexual harassment, death rarely causes irreparable harm to the harasser’s victims or the falsely accused.

I vote that we let this ill-conceived thread die a quiet, ignoble death.

Since this looks like an exercise in wishful thinking only, I’ll play. I have no reason at all to think any of these guys are lechers or pervs, but I’d like it to be true.
