Why did I need to cite those? I read the bondage stuff on wikipedia.
I guess that’s technically true. You never specifically said you were going to charge for the DVD’s you were going to make. But you also never said you were planning to give them away for free either.
However, your statement about wanting to see how much of a demand there was for them before you made them does makes your post sound more like a marketing plan than a charitable offer.
